2008 CUNA GAC Housing Information for MCUL Member Credit Unions

* All of the MCUL's 75 rooms at the Renaissance Hotel have been filled. Registration is still open for the conference.

Rate: $259 Single/Double
Tax: 14.5%

Booking Information:
Room block dates:
• Sunday, March 2
• Monday, March 3
• Tuesday, March 4
• Wednesday, March 5

Room reservations in the MCUL block require a minimum of (3) nights.

Deposit Information:
A one night deposit of $200 is required with each individual room reservation.
A credit card number is required for the deposit.

Cancellation Penalty:
• $50 cancellation fee will be charged for each room cancelled between
• December 7, 2007 and January 5, 2008. The remaining deposit of $150 will be refunded.
• $200 cancellation fee will be charged for each room cancelled after January 5, 2008.
• Substitutions are allowed at no charge.

Reservation Procedure:
Complete the CUNA GAC
required housing form in its entirety and return by Tuesday, October 30, 2007.

Rooms are limited and will be filled on a first come-first served basis using the following criteria:

• First preference will be given to credit unions that reached 100% of both their Federal and State PAC (MCULLAF/MCULAF) goals in 2006 or have reached their 2007 goals as of October 22 or to individuals who have purchased the 2007 Chairman’s Club Lapel Pin.
• Additional rooms will be granted on a first come-first served basis.

Upon receipt of your form we will notify you if a room had been reserved for you or if you have been placed on the waitlist.
